Motorsports is part of the group of competitive events which involves the use of motorized vehicles, whether it be for racing or for recreational purposes. Some motorsports variations include auto car racing, motor rallying, motorcycle racing, air racing, kart racing, boat racing, hovercraft racing, lawn mower racing, snowmobile racing, and truck racing. Track Awareness It is important to have good awareness of where other cars are while you’re on track. It is most important to be aware of the cars around you during the following; race start, battling and pit-in and pit-out (being mindful of any cars close to you on entry and exit of pits). There is to be no racing on pit lane or entry and exit of pits of any kind. If you spin off the track while other cars are close behind, make sure to wait with rejoining the track until it is safe. PRO TIP: use the mini-map to ensure that no cars are close when you rejoin. Ghosting does not work properly and must not be expected to cover your entry back on track. “I thought I would ghost” is an unacceptable excuse for causing a collision reentering the track. If you spin and end up sideways or backwards on the track, stay still until any cars have gone past. It is perfect for all exercisers since it can be modified to create a killer workout for anyone, whether you have just started exercise or have been training for years. It has a low risk of injury and, with a few adjustments, offers a good cardio, strength, or balance workout.
The purpose of doing Step-Up A simple but effective exercise to add to your workout. It's a foundational movement that is a part of your every day life. Working it into your routine will develop strength and stability through the lower body and core. Benefits of Step Ups Improve Symmetry & Balance. The step up is a unilateral leg exercise, which means that you train each leg independently. The result is that you improve the symmetry of your leg musculature. And as I’m sure you could imagine, doing an exercise on one leg also improves your balance. Increase Your Squat & Deadlift Strength. Want to squat and deadlift more? Step ups can help. First off, they increase your overall leg strength, as any leg exercise would. Second, as I had mentioned, it’s is a unilateral exercise; therefore, in addition to fixing muscle size imbalances, it fixes strength imbalances that are holding back your progress on bilateral leg exercises (i.e. squats and deadlifts).
